- Custom Measurements: If you prefer a more personalized fit, you can provide your body measurements to ensure the item is tailored to your exact requirements. This can include chest, waist, arm length, and other dimensions based on your preferences.
Tailoring Process:
- Custom Tailoring: Whether you choose a size from our Size Chart or submit your own body measurements, we will tailor the item specifically to your order. This means the item is made to your precise specifications, which makes it non-returnable once completed.
- Confirm Your Size/Measurements: It is essential that you are completely sure of your size or measurements before placing your order. Once the tailoring process begins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is not as described.
- Tolerance: As all the items are handmade, we try our best to be precise with the measurements provided but there will be a tolerance of +/- 1 inch to avoid any dispute. Please note that the color, buttons, and zipper details may vary slightly depending on availability at the time of tailoring/crafting.
