Return, Refund & Order Cancelling Policy
Thank you for choosing us! We take great pride in crafting items tailored to your specifications. Please carefully review our policies, which ensures clarity regarding orders and returns.
Non-Returnable Items Policy:
The items, whether made from our Size Chart or tailored according to your provided measurements, are non-returnable once they are created. This is because each item is made specifically for the buyer, and we cannot resell or reuse the materials. Items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product will also not be eligible for return.
Incorrect Items Policy:
If the item you receive does not match the agreed-upon specifications (i.e., the incorrect size was tailored based on your provided measurements or the item differs from what was ordered), please contact us immediately of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Order Confirmation Policy:
- Final Review: Once you have selected your size or submitted your body measurements, please double-check the details carefully. We will not be responsible for any issues related to incorrect sizing as the measurements or size selection were made by the buyer.
- Order Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the item will be custom-tailored and, therefore, not eligible for return unless it is incorrect item due to our error.
Refunds Policy:
Approval: If your item is eligible for return due to incorrect tailoring, please contact us immediately. You must have to send us photos/video of the issue. Once we verify the issue then we will process a refund or exchange within 20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. This means they must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging (including any dust bags or boxes).
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs if any are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. incorrect item).
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After the 12-hour window, cancellations are not possible once the order enters the tailoring phase.
